Thanks anyway. Have a blessed Thanksgiving!
|Marsha Martin||Joseph Chew|
We are trying to obtain proof of Joseph Chew's death. (1848) There is an exact date on find a grave and I'm wondering where that came from. A photo of his wife's headstone is not clear, Elizabeth and it's hard to tell if he's buried with her. This information is needed for a DAR application, do you have any information that might help us? Is there a cemetery book that was kept?

Thanks for the information. Yes, Andrew was one of the sons of Isiah and Sarah (Wilkins) Noble. I'll keep searching and see if I can eventually find Isiah's date of death.

Does the stone for Sarah E. Wilkins Noble (Find A Grave Memorial# 102259742) list the death date for Isiah Noble? I have not been able to find that through several searches.
(Great, Great grandson of Isiah and Sarah Wilkins Noble)

I have created a memorial for Samuel Colsten under Samuel Colston With his siblings and his father and some of his children with photos of him and his house. I have not added the picture of his tombstone but all of the other members of his family spelled their name Colston. in one deed in Maryland it was spelled Colson, Colston and Colsten. He and his brother Casper spelled it Colsten. But most of the time in Ohio it was spelled Colston. so that is why I spell it Colston. His Father's tombstone is spelled Henry Colston and it is located in the Hickle Cemetery on Egypt Pike near Clarksburg, OH also his Grandmother Mary Ater Married the elder George Ater and is buried behind the Clarksburg Methodist Church. She is Mentioned in Franklin and Pickaway County History book. As coming from Dorchester County Maryland her husband being Gladstone Colston being born there and dying there, She is also as well as Henry is mentioned in Rise and Progress of the Deer Creek Settlement. The Rise and Progress is online. I am the Colston/Voss family researcher and have traced the Voss/Vaulx family back to Maryland and further back to England and France.
