Born in Vermont in 1947 I am, nevertheless, a Georgia Thomason. My family was from Nelson, Pickens/Cherokee (the town straddles the county line), GA and I was partially raised there by my grandmother, Ruby Rosalie Thomason.
Dad was a journalist which is how I happened to be born in Vermont. He was later appointed to a post with the State Department so I spent my early childhood in France & Belgium.
I've lived in Sweden for over 40 years.
