I live in Sangamon County Illinois and am researching my Gates, Wilder, Canaday, Colliflower, Hart families lineages, and other families too. I do research on my family genealogy daily. I live near Brush Creek, Auburn, Wimmer, Saint Bernard, Cumberland Sugar Creek, and Thayer cemeteries and I am a photo volunteer. You are welcome to use my photos how you please.|

I have moved to Hingham and have Andrews family buried in Hingham Cemetery I was checking out the photo requests and see that you have five old ones.
The oldest stone in Hingham cemetery dates to 1732. You will not find anything older. Doesn't mean someone wasn't buried either around the original meeting house prior to 1681 or the Old Ship meeting house dating to 1681, but there are no records and any stones have been lost.
Hingham cemetery has their history on line and the list of known burials is here:
It is possible that your ancestors and mine are under Settlers' Monument. That's the image I hold!
Just thought you might want to remove the requests since they can't be fulfilled.

thanks for making Orville a memorial, I have taken the entire cemetery but there are so many not listed so at this point only adding phots (unless requested) of those that have a memorial, then I will get the map of the cemetery so when I add them I can add the part of the cemetery they are buried in. You might want to revisit Mary's memorial.

You are very welcome for all the photos. Some may have been changed if we had a better camera shot. Best Wishes, Wayne and Connie
