RE: Albert
Thank you for your kind message. Yes, both my Uncle Newt & Aunt Shirley were good people. I have a great deal of Aunt Shirley's paintings she was indeed very talented. Uncle Newt was one of the kindest men I have ever known.
Should you run across any Cannady's in Williamson CO, please let me know.
Happy researching,
Mary Walzer

RE: Sarah Ann Plain Sims grave
Sarah Ann Plain was my 2nd great grandmother, first being married to Orlando Wright, my ancestor. Her second husband was John Sims and he had a stone in the Ames Cemetery. When my sister and I were out in Oklahoma doing research in 2008 we realized that Sarah didn't have a stone. While there we bought a stone for our grandparents and baby uncle also in that cemetery but Sarah had always been in our minds, she needed to be remembered. We bought her the stone and it was installed 9/23/2014. Are you related to our Sarah?

Hi, I forgot to ask, are you related to any of the Cannedy's from Williamson CO, IL? My Mom is from Carterville and has some Cannedy's that married into her line. I have seen it spelled several ways in the same family. Let me know if you are. Maybe I can share some info with you.

Albert "Newt" Drury
Hi, I am Newt Drury's niece. I just wanted to thank you for the kind note you left on his memorial #73811502. I am his brother Jack's daughter. Even though we sae him & Aunt Shirley infrequently, we were close to them. They were wonderful people and I miss them greatly.
If you have any interesting stories, I would love to hear them.
Thanks again,
Mary Walzer
