I live in Ohio, but was raised mainly in NY state. I have been interested in family history since very young, listening to stories from grams and gramps, uncles and aunts etc. I became more interested in it when I found out I am a decendant of several patriots of the Rev. war as well as the war of 1812 and civil war. As it turns out there is a deeply rooted patriotic devotion through out my family history extending to me and my brothers,as well as our sons. We all served our country or are serving now. I am a photo vol. to help people be able to "visit" the sites of their ansestors grave, and I am especially glad to help with the posting of a fellow veterans site. I say a prayer and thank them for their service.
