Because you asked how I was related, I went to Rachel's Profile on my site. There was a RECORD icon for the 1900 census. I clicked on it to see what the census reported. Boy was I surprised. On line 73 was Rachel. Line 72 was George A Noel. The kids are listed on lines 74-78. I almost never look at just the entry I searched for. On line 61 is my Great Great Grandfather John Hood Arthur, 62 is G,G,Grandmother Nancy Ann Martindale Arthur. She is listed as having had 14 children of whom only 7 still live. It shows on line 63 Ira M. Arthur, a G,G,Uncle and he's listed as 29 and divorced. Two more daughters and a granddaughter are living there too.
Lines 95-100 show the Crockett family. Daughter Dora was 15. She married Ira Arthur[line 62]in 1913. Checking other census listings I found several more neighbors that were related. You never know where you will find new data.

The two gaps indicate the children I'm missing. I have added several links to this group based on data from the Obits of some of the memorials. George and Charles are not on James or Eliza's memorials today but will be soon. Sharon Sutton, Alva's granddaughter gave me that George was #4 and Alva was #12. Since I don't have James and Eliza's marriage date, I judge that the first gap is there but it might be between Mary and America. The remaining children seem to be 2 or 3 years apart so the second gap is most likely between Charles and George. If you have any names to fill these gaps, I would be very happy. My connection to this group is through George's wife, Rachel Ellen Livingston Noel. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. [Anyone reading this? I would thank you if you could help too.]
I'm related through Alva's brother George's wife Rachel Ellen Livingstone Noel.

You might want to review your memorial for Alva C. Noel 146659076. I just added his parents and several siblings came along with them.

Thank you for taking the photos of the Jones's. I saw in your BIO you follow the Roach's. My records show on my wife's side, Nelle was a daughter of Thomas Henry Roach and Julia Malone.

I did a cemetery search and a Ky search and he did not show up, and I made the memorial. I see you made it unknown, they do show up made that way. I am no relation, I deleted. I do not add obit either as Find a grave frowns on that due to the copyright law.

Thank you so much for the photo of Sharon's headstone. Your work to the Find-a-Grave cause is very much appreciated.
