Hi, my name is Suzanne Tarkington.

New Year 2014. We have made a move to Goliad County which is great because that is where my Dad's side of the family is from. So now I will concentrate my searching and photographing in the cemeteries around goliad, vicoria and port lavaca.









I live in Kerens Texas and have ready access to cemeteries in and around Kerens. My closest are Bazette Baptist Church cemetery and Prairie Point cemetery, but I will do my best to get to the cemeteries in Henderson County also.

If you have any requests, please let me know and I will be happy to go and photograph the grave site.

I'm also a genealogy researcher which is how I became interested in Find A Grave. I also do headstone rubbings. This is a great way to preserve stones that are getting weather worn.

I have completed photographing all the headstones (that are readable) at Post Oak Cemetery. There are 3 headstones that I will do rubbings on and will post.I have also completed photographing all the headstones at Oak Grove cemetery in Kerens.

My next project is to photograph all the stones at the Eureka cemetery, Bazette cemetery and Prairie Point cemetery. There are some beautiful stones at all of them that I want to do rubbings on.

I have a book with all the names of the people buried in Bazette and Prairie Point cemeteries. A lot of the names also have family info (ie parents names, children, etc). Please message me via find a grave to be given this information.

I'm a retired nurse so I have 7 days a week to do it. Please allow me the full 14 days to get the photograph taken and up on the memorial page.
