Bio

Hello everybody. First of all, I'm from Butler County, Pa. and I'm a baby boomer and a retiree as of 2012. I'm a product of my generation and I'm a veteran of the US Army having served a year in Vietnam. Agent Orange assassinated my pancreas and I'm a type 1 diabetic because of it. I'm of the Roman Catholic persuasion deeply involved with my church, a member of the Knights of Columbus, a member of the VFW, and my politics are libertarian but mostly conservative. I became interested in cemetaries because I love history and love the stories of people. Every grave has a story, to be sure. My main goal in life is to be a burden to as many people as I can. (Did I mention, I've been married to a long suffering woman since 1975? I just did, I guess.) I want to be buried when I die and have an awkwardly shaped tombstone so I can be a burden to the guy who cuts the grass around my grave. The tombstone text is to be printed upside-down so that curiosity seekers will have to struggle to read it. The last line will read, "Made ya look!" De colores y Ultreya!
