We are the West Hennepin History Center [Western Hennepin County Pioneer] located in Long Lake, Minnesota. Our Archives Department has a wonderful genealogy collection. The Museum began in 1907 when local families began to collect genealogy & artifacts in all of western Hennepin County.

The records and photos entered here have been supplied to us by our generous members and volunteers. Many of our members have requested we create these memorial pages. Please visit our website to view our collection of local records, historical photos and genealogy records. We welcome donations of historical & genealogical records.

To notify us of a correction, please use the memorial page "Edit tab". Transfer requests will be made within the Findagrave guidelines, for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Transfer requests: please include your relationship to the person. Many of our memorials have been added by museum volunteers who are also relatives. With this request, include your Findagrave member number.

We will gladly make corrections, add additional information or make family links to any of our memorials. Click on the "Edit" tab and then click on "Suggest a correction or provide additional information" link on a memorial about anyone that we have listed.

The "Suggest a Correction" feature may also be used to submit corrections, an original biography, and family links to memorials that do not fall under the above transfer guidelines.
