I will post the new memorials -- hopefully soon... and then you can add the pictures that you took.. I am most thankful for each one of them.. The John Brooks Crowe family was mentiioned in a book called Pioneers of the Bay of is online and perhaps may benefit your search as well..

I am so very grateful to you..thank you so very much for finding the"C" on the stone... I am overwhelmed at the information you provided.. This is one of the best finds ever!!.. The Crowe family is related to me thru my 2xGreat Granmother- being Sarah Eliz Crowe daughter of John Brooks Crowe and Dorothy Mills who came to the area in the 1830s. It is the only monument that I have seen of any of them.. I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done!!
