The work on this Project began in April, 2012, and tremendous progress has been made since that time. The cemetery is divided into color-coded numbered sections, with horizontal alphabetical rows and a plot number for each grave. I am not sure of the location of The Old Sweet Canaan Cemetery, (Desona Plantation), but I will include the names of any persons who might be buried there.
