Thank you so very much for taking a picture of the grave of Mike and Meri Chermak at the St John St Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Hammond, Lake, IN.
I've been helping a woman, granddaughter of Mike and Mary, do her family tree. She's 91 and said, "Oh, I wish I could see the tombstone, but I live in Washington DC and IN is just too far for me."
You really made her dream come true.
Bless you for your help.

Thank you for taking the time to take a photo of the marker for Sophia and Joseph Ritz.

I thought that was very sad, too. If I remember correctly, he was in the military.... are you family? Wonder what needs to be done to get at least a military marker out there....

Thank you for your photo. She was my father's aunt and I had no photo of her headstone. Now I can add this to our family photos. Thanks again.

Thank you for photographing the headstone for Adeline and Samuel DeLafosse. Your effort is truly appreciated.
Thank you so much for the Sheldahl stone picture. I have a mystery, where there is a small loose stone laying in a rural cemetery here in Iowa for Sonja Sheldahl with the same dates. I believe it may be her original stone. It may have been removed when the combo stone with the parents was put in. How it got here, I have NO idea. I need to turn it over and see if perhaps somebody else is on the back, could have been reused for someone else? I found absolutely no connection here for the Sheldahl family. When we transcribed the cemetery in the 1980's, this stone was not found. Sonja's grandparents are buried in Iowa about 200 miles from here. The biggest mystery I have found in all my years of walking cemeteries. Thanks for your part in helping to solve this.
