RE: Scott Family in Woodlawn Cemetery, Eldorado Hello, Roberta ... I plan on taking tombstone photos at Woodlawn and Arlington cemeteries when the weather cools off and I can enlist the help of my son; but it will take a great amount of time to get the photos processed and uploaded, as these are large cemeteries. In reference to your question concerning the tombstones of Kempner Rouse Scott and his daughter Victoria Scott (plus married name), a quicker answer for you may be found in the files of the cemetery books. Here is the cemetery office phone number: (870)863-9404. I hope this will be of help to you.
RE: Bruce Wallace grave marker photo Thank you for the experience. I live an hour south and headed to Socorro to support my brother in a triathlon and realized I would be able to help. I felt it the headstones were meant to be found because it happened within a short time! A touching experience!
Written on the back of photo: Nora Sryock and Paul David and Myra. I would like to know the last name of Myra and Paul David. Nora is the older woman on the right. My husband Harold Wallace is her first cousin. I am sorry they never met.
RE: Nora Syrock I think that Titsworth is a distant relative of my husband. But I think they branch off about a couple of generations back. You probably know that Cora Titsworth was killed by her son. My daughter is also named Cora. When the murder happened everyone thought it was my daughter who had been killed. My husband's grandmother was also named Cora Titsworth. Odd there would have been that many with the same name! My husband's line is:
William Peyton Titsworth (I think where we branch off from Cora's family)
his son - Christopher Columbus Titsworth his son - Wallace Titsworth his son - Frank Edward Titsworth his son - Frank Carroll Titsworth (my husband)
