Sorry for the late response. I have not had internet access for a couple of weeks due to family issues.
Have you been able to get any help yet? If not send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call me at 253-459-4331 and I will try to help you.
Again I apologize for the late answer but welcome to findagrave and we have some really good people here in the tacoma area.
Hope to hear from you again.

Hi Jane - thank you so much for the photo. Betty's husband is my first cousin, and my sister and I were flower girls at their wedding. You had a beautiful day for photos, but I know it was cold. Thank you, again. It is very much appreciated...

I will add my welcome. Klassi's instructions are spot on. Just make sure you click through until the screen goes back to the memorial and you see the photo upon it. I would add that clicking "Fulfill" once you have "Claim'ed is how to clear out the 'Request'. Otherwise I don't believe it clears the photo request because the system has to know it was fulfilled.

Hi Ms. Peckenpaugh, First off...welcome to this great site. It will become addictive.
In regards to loading your photos, not sure what to say as I don't see exactly what you do but try this.
First part is the easiest of course
Type of photo: in this case it is GRAVE which it normally defaults to but there are other choices.
File to Upload: Browse and find the photo and wait for the name of the photo to appear before clicking on Add this photo - ex: Raymond, Ellen.jpg and then click on
Add this photo.
If it takes a long time before the actual photo will be seen, don't be surprised as sometimes the site is very very slow.
Once you see the photo after clicking on Add this Photo the first time...then there is another "Add This Photo and Caption" button to click on at the bottom of that screen you are on.
I hope this helps.
