I am a retired computer systems programmer. As the son of a military father, I grew up without having close relations to extended family and my mother was adopted, so we knew little of her background. I developed an early interest in family trees and this has taken off since the addition of computers and the Internet. Find a Grave proved to be a wonderful source of genealogical information and after using it for some time, I decided to give something back to the site and help others as Find a Grave has helped me. So I became a photo volunteer and also research to add additional information to people on the site where I can.|

Thank you Again,

I'm not going to be able to check for you as I am not family. I walk a thin line with some of the people at Sparkman Hillcrest (SH) asking for burial sites since I am not related to most of the inquiries I make. SH often cites privacy issues as a reason for not giving out information. As a relative, you should be able to call and ask. Just tell them you are a cousin. Their phone number is 214-363-5401 and their office is open seven days a week. Once you have found out the information, please put in an edit change request and I will be more than happy to make any changes.

You are welcome!

I have added Gertrude Wilson's tombstone picture to her memorial and linked her to her husband.

Thanks you so much for the correct link to his mother - it was an obvious error that I should have seen myself. I truly appreciate your help in catching & correcting this.
Sorry, I had to decline the edit you submitted suggesting linking Carl to John G.Moedinger. I will email you info from the 1910 US Census and 1920 US Census records showing Carl among the children in the John Fred Moedinger household. Louise/Louisa Christine Moedinger was his mother and wife of John Fred Moedinger. If I can find John G. (Gottfried) Moedinger in census records, I'll also send that.

Thanks so much for the photos - even though there are no markers. Wish I were a millionaire and could provide them for all our relatives!
|William Tatum||RE: George L Major, Woodland|
I took care of the pictures you requested today.
