I am a retired computer systems programmer. As the son of a military father, I grew up without having close relations to extended family and my mother was adopted, so we knew little of her background. I developed an early interest in family trees and this has taken off since the addition of computers and the Internet. Find a Grave proved to be a wonderful source of genealogical information and after using it for some time, I decided to give something back to the site and help others as Find a Grave has helped me. So I became a photo volunteer and also research to add additional information to people on the site where I can.|

Would you like me to transfer John Ritchie #66408166 to you? I am not related to him.

Well, thank you so much for your persistence.
I'm grateful. I had gotten a map from the
office and spent two hours looking. The woman
from the office had warned me that the St.
Mary's section was a bit of a mess. The Woodland
Cemetery is a lovely place to wander, such great history there. Theresa

Thanks so much for the picture of the gravestone of Kenneth and Marguerite Hinkle at Woodland
Cemetery. I'd spent a day trying to find it
for my cousin in Sunnyvale with no luck. So I'm
delighted to have it for her. Theresa
