I have been researching my family since 1995 when I retired. Currently my research has resulted in discovering ancestors back to the 1500's in Europe and the 1700's in the United States. Finding where many of them are buried has been a long and difficult challenge, especially around the Washington DC area where most of my maternal ancestors were born worked and died. Thanks to "Find A Grave" I have been able to find a few of them. Hopefully, I will be able to help others find the resting places of their ancestors in and around the area where I live.
