Bio

I started working on my family genealogy in 1983. It was slow going back then...writing lots of letters and then waiting for weeks for replies, especially internationally. So much easier when computers and the internet came along!!!

A big thanks to all the wonderful members of Findagrave.com for all the help and support they give. I live in Brookings, Oregon, but most of my family came from the East Coast, so it's difficult for me to travel to cemeteries there. I hope to receive grave photos from volunteers all over the U.S. and in turn will do my part to honor the requests of others for ancestors in the Brookings, Oregon area.

I take photos for other members. It pains me to drive by a cemetery knowing that there are photo requests for graves there. Please feel free to use my photos in any way you like (no need to ask permission).

Some surnames in my family are: Triglia, Gemignani, Ceru', Ramocki and Gortowski – a combination of my Polish mother's side and my Italian father's side.

PLEASE… If you make a photo request for a larger cemetery, try to call the cemetery office for the plot location. Photo volunteers are overwhelmed by hundreds of requests and almost none with locations. The plot location is infinitely helpful, saves me time and allows me to look for more graves at each cemetery!

Good luck to everyone in their search and best wishes.
