Bio

Although new to Find-A-Grave, I have been doing genealogy research for about 40 years and am passionate (obsessed!) about it! Being a retired librarian, I like to keep things in order and accessible!

Over the years many folks have helped me and I hope to do the same for others. I think adding info to FAG is a wonderful way to honor our ancestors as well as provide clues for other searchers. It pleases me to know that many names on graves will now be known and linked to their families.

The main surnames in my tree include Hicks, Tripp, Dexter, Sturtevant, Delano, Howland and Hilliard on the maternal side in New England and Elliott, Medill, Dunsdon, Hackney, Johnston and Hunter on the paternal side in the mid-west and Canada.

If you too are related to any of those for whom I have memorials, I would like to hear from you.
