I am currently working on: |
(Maternally), Cyr, Ayotte, Paradis, Dumas, families.
(Fraternally), Cobb and McGrath families.
As a volunteer photographer for Find-A-Grave, I am happy to fulfill your requests and relinquish any ownership of the photo that I have taken. (repost them if you wish)
I also believe that a memorial be a memorial. To use the BIO to post a full obit is totally overkill. The BIO should be used for Parents names (if not linked), marriage date, a child's life span, and cause of death of child (if significant).
To use the BIO to post edit disclaimers is not the intended purpose of Memorials. If you create a memorial based solely on the gravestone, then your going to get EDITS from people who know more then you. Except it!

Hello, Ira Cevetus Small is my great-great Grandfather and I have all the memorials for him Find A Grave memorial #71915748.
Could you please transfer your information to me, because yours is a duplicate entry? I know all about him having 2 headstones in 2 different places and that he is buried with his 2nd wife Emily Newhall Cobb Small.

I have no need for you to send me a copy of the vitals that you have found for Joseph Plante. If you would like to tell me where you found them, I will be more than happy to include that information in the bio. Information can be searched if it is in the bio not pictures of vital records. Thank you for your edits.

You are welcome. I photographed 3/4 of Mount Calvary over the summer and am working on the memorials - many of the people buried there are in my family tree so I am researching many at the same time, or have built the memorials and go back to add details later. My standard practice is to use what is on the stone for name/date fields and then note the variances from research in the bio - that way, if someone else comes along with just photos (without research) they will find the memorial. It is a balance of documenting graves and the research to enhance the memorials. Hope that makes sense.

You posted some information regarding their cemetery plot and I was wondering where you might have obtained this information.
Are there any photographs of the marker?
|Sandra Lennox||Charles Cobb|
Thank you for the information on Charles
Cobb. I can appreciate all the footwork
your brother has done to obtain the family
information. I have put thousands and
thousands of hours into family research, all
cannot be done on the computer so there was
also much footwork.
May I add the information that you have
shared on the Cobbs to my memorial?
|Sandra Lennox||Charles Cobb|
You have sent me an update for my memorial
on Charles Cobb stating that his mother
was Sarah "Sally" Ransom. Please inform me
as to where this information came from.
Thank you so much for photographing the Leeman/Bolduc marker at Holy Trinity, much appreciated!
