I've been documenting Camellia Memorial Lawn Cemetery since 2016. I'm working to complete all memorials.

Please remember, we are all volunteers. We do this to honor those who came before and to help families find their loved ones.
Let me know if one of my memorials is special to you, I'm happy to transfer! If something requires a correction, send an edit, but remember to provide a memorial number.

I urge all contributors to read the guidelines and the 'Help' section on the Find A Grave website. It really helps when we are all 'on the same page'.

Helpful hints needed when working Find A Grave:
1. The Calif Death Index will never list '1900' as a death date. Something in the program always lists it as '1901'. Also, just FYI, there are frequent errors in birth places and mother's maiden name fields.
2. Veteran's markers - If there is a state listed on the marker, it is where that person enlisted, not necessarily where they were born.
3. Social Security Death Index lists where the last payment was made, not always the death location.
4. Funeral services and/or cremation location is not always the final resting place.

Satisfying a photo request is fun, but please call the cemetery office for a grave location. There are scores of volunteers who would love to satisfy your request, especially if there is a grave location on the memorial.
Please remember, this is "Find A GRAVE", not "Find A Photo".
