Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am Beverly Quigg Kirk. I have been doing genealogy work since 2000 in Maine and New Brunswick, Canada. [Quigg, Tapley, Nason]

As a research project, I have entered numerous burials in York and Carleton Counties of New Brunswick and Maine. My goal is to research these individuals and add their 'lives' to Findagrave. I want them to be more than dashes between dates.

If you find a relative and wish management, just ask me. They can be yours--well, unless they're my family.

Don't know how accurate this is but hopefully it might at least help guide you:

Lemuel Allen (Allan) Thornton
b. Dec 30, 1836 in Dumfries, York County, N.B.
Married: 1866 in Queensbury, York County, N.B.
Died: after 1911 (in census) in Queensbury, York County, N.B. (I did not check 1921 census)

Father: Alfred Elisha Daniel Thornton
Mother: Elizabeth Cronkite

Glad you are doing something on the Thorntons. They were one of the founding families.

Annie L. Westall Davis Find A Grave Memorial# 124999074
Hi Beverly,

re: Annie L. Westall Davis Find A Grave Memorial# 124999074

Can you please transfer management of the above to me if not part of you family?

She is daughter of William Westall & Marmaree Wright, whom you have previously transferred to me.

I would like to add bio, docs, etc. I can let you know when I have finished if you are interested...

Thanks,

RE: Gardiner Memorial
Thank you for your information. I tried your suggestion of Provincial Archives of New Brunswick, and I found a birth certificate listing George Palmer Gardiner's birthdate. That should solve the mystery of several different dates. However, I will have to work on why several dates might show up. Maybe to avoid the draft or to qualify him for something based on his age. Anyway, thank you for the lead. It was a good one.
