The farther away it is from Estherville and Spirit Lake, Iowa, the more likely it is it will wait until I'm covering a news story or sports in one of those areas. If it's just outside these areas, still ask. You never know. Also, I'm from Sioux City, Iowa, and would take a photo there, but again, I only get there every few months if that.
