Fallen Graver

Sadly, NativePride has passed away. Please consider visiting their Find a Grave memorial page and leaving some virtual flowers. Their enthusiasm for cemeteries and willingness to help future generations lives on through their contributions to Find a Grave.

Bio

I am an Alabama native from Marion Couunty, who has had an interest in my heritage since a child. I grew up listening to my grandmother talk about her childhood and her family. She sowed the seed of genealogy that has had a lasting effect on my life. The last few years has been spent on a quest for my Native American ancestry to some success. I also have roots in Monroe County Miss. as this is where my Dad was born and raised.
I am an animal lover and at present have one cat, Boo, who is 12 years old and two kittens, Gray and Freckles . I am also a crafter who works in several areas of crafts. Today, I'm trying to learn more about the Native crafts with hope of helping to keep some of them alive.
I had been working with a friend, helping with Find a grave updates and links for a couple of years before I joined Find A Grave myself, as a way of remembering and honoring those who have gone before.
Some of the lines that I am researching are Riggan, Sanderson, Lewis, Jeffreys, Cummings, Irvin, and Ray.
