Bio

I have been interested in Genealogy ever since I read my Great Uncle’s Book about his life in a small town in Alberta. I was happy to have this information available to me about my ancestor from the original source. This started me on a journey of writing autobiography, teaching guided autobiography which lead to family history and genealogy.
My family has been active accumulating data about family members. I would like to keep up this legacy so that it does not get lost. We have family reunions regularly where I can share and gather more information.
When I found Find a Grave I realized that this is a site where people in my family can easily add information about family graves and information about family members. I realize how important volunteers are for others who are looking for their family members, so I volunteer to take photos in cemeteries close to me.
This is one of the several ongoing projects I am working on that will keep me busy for many years to come.
