I am a 30-something mother of two, currently, who is passionate about my family history. I would love to know all there is to know about my ancestors, as well as my living extended family.|

Hello Jenn. Welcome to the Find a Grave effort here in our area. I have made photos of most of my husband's connected family and either created memorials or asked for transfers of those already created that were his family connections. I hope your children had a great VBS; we should definitely meet some time. We live in Cleveland and attend Third Creek Presbyterian. Email me and let's see about meeting and comparing notes about Society. Glad to have someone else interested in helping.

Thanks for taking the photo! So quickly, too...

Did some research via Ancestry. Have made some additions, links and information. You can see what I've done.

That is wonderful! I think Joy Steele also plans on taking photos there when she gets back from vacation. She's taken quite a few already.
I'm leaving on vacation Saturday, and will contact you again when I get back. We should coordinate with Joy, so you don't duplicate your efforts. Two weeks ago there were less than 100 memorials for Society, but with Joy's help we have been able to list all known burials up to 2007. Newer graves, hopefully, will have legible headstones.
Some of the really old ones were very difficult to read. Without Joy's cemetery survey, I could never have done it.

Thanks for going to Society Baptist church cemetery and taking the photos for William Campbell's memorial. I did not create the memorial, so I will let Sandra Sain know about the photos (which I requested). Another member, Joy Steele, gave me a cemetery survey listing for Society which contains the names and dates for everyone buried there as of about 2007. I've added them all, but since it's an active cemetery, there will be others since then.
There are still 242 memorials without pictures, so if you're feeling ambitious you'd be doing a great service taking more pics there.
Anyway, it was a great surprise to find your photos early this morning! Thanks again,
