I've been digging into my family's history since 1963 when it was an assignment for an elementary school project. I've been hooked ever since. Back then it was visiting relatives and writing letters...now it's so much easier, and faster. When not working on my specific family, I tackle my husband's and all the different grandchildren's trees. Needless to say, I never run out of names. While I don't get to cemeteries very often, I'm always looking to help add information to existing memorials. Willing to go and look up obits from my area whenever time allows. Still working full time and raising a 15 year old grandson. Until retirement, well, it's just enjoying history when I can.
