Bio

I am an amateur genealogist researching the many branches of my Family Tree. Any content, research or images that I add or upload are free to be used in your own research, family tree etc. There is no need to contact me to request my permission - accept this notice that permission is freely given. I hope to transcribe and add pictures of the gravestones that are nearby and will try to fulfil some of the photo requests in my area.

I am happy to consider transferring records not related to me so please message me using the Edit button with your request but please consider the following:

Determine if you really need the memorial transferred to you for management. You can add photos and suggest corrections without managing a memorial. With millions of members, there will be many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all members to manage their entire tree.

Why not create a virtual cemetery instead?

A Virtual Cemetery is a collection of memorials found on Find a Grave grouped for whatever reason the member wishes. You can use a Virtual Cemetery to bring together members of a family who are buried in different physical cemeteries, to group members of a high school graduating class or military unit, to collect famous or interesting memorials or however else you like. You can get to your list of Virtual Cemeteries from the Cemeteries page or from your Profile. A Virtual Cemetery can be public or private.

I am currently (2022 - 2024) collaborating on a number of Kent, England, UK, cemeteries to create memorials for all known burials. I am happy to receive edits for consideration and any contributions will be greatly appreciated, but please be prepared to provide evidence when requested.
Bio's are researched using available records. Mistakes may happen but unlike the headstone the information is not written in stone and can be changed. If you spot a mistake please message me with the details and I will happily look into it.
