I was born; DEBORAH PAULINE SAMUELS, mother was Imogene Heath Samuels and my father was Roy Samuels. We lived down on Knob Creek, in Bullitt County Ky. My mother passed away at 34 years old when i was only 2 1/2 yrs. old I was adopted by my fathers sister Lillian Samuels Edwards and name was changed to Debra Edwards.
