Bio

I have a strong passion for genealogy and research,
This started about 15 years ago my mother Eleanora E Findley Scott started researching the history on Findley clan, but sadly she died before completing the family tree,
So when I have time I have been researching for our ancestors.

I love walking through the garden souls looking at the headstone each and every one of them tells a story. And it saddens me when you come across grave with no marker. Their story will probably never be told.

I had worked for cemetery for five years.

I had the opportunity to attend seminars for cemetery preservation workshops this was sponsored by Bedford historical Society in Bedford Ohio; this is really cool things we work on how to clean, and level them and to stand up the old tablets.
These are the very old white marble tablets from 1800s.

This information is very useful when you're looking for older grave.

I like looking at; the old advertisements for memorials and headstones, in old day you could walked right into the hardware store and order a monument for your loved one

My second passion is I represent Clarion monuments they are located in Clarion PA.

In doing genealogy and research I found out that everyone has a story, and it needs to be told!
