I am a volunteer photographer in Palm Beach County Florida. In general, I do not create memorials for non-family members. When requested to photograph a headstone, I will photograph any additional family members at the same location and, if necessary, create memorials. If memorial already exist, I will upload the photo to those memorials without a request. If I create a memorial based on a request, I will transfer it/them to the manager of the original memorial.
