If other people didn't take photos, transcribe etc then there is so much I would never know about my own ancestors. So to give a little back, when I visit a churchyard for my own research, I try to photograph every headstone and add them to Find a Grave. I also see so many unreadable memorials that it's my way of preserving memories.
If you would like me to transfer ownership of any memorial just ask :)
