Duplicate memorials - what's up with so many duplicate memorials?

Death certificates are notoriously incorrect - usually the birth date and/or place contains the error(s) (probably due to whomever provided the information being distraught or, perhaps, not privy to precise details of the deceased...or just an error)....the headstone trumps the death certificates - per FAG guidelines, use the bio section to note variations in names, birth/death dates/places; the memorial should match the headstone/marker.

Current focus: California: San Mateo, Napa and Sacramento counties; Georgia, North Carolina and...wherever the trail leads us!
