When I started my own family genealogy I very quickly learned 1. how hard it could be to find someone and 2. how thrilled I was when I did (especially pictures)!
After a 3 year search of trying to find my great grandfather and another year of trying to link his parents and grandparents, I decided to join find a grave to add what I knew for any others looking. So here I am!
Family surnames are BURCZ (Russian/Polish Americanized to Burch. (Two family members looking for here in the states are Stanislaw and Macay that came over to Ellis Island 1912, mother Anelia Verska.) MORO, LOFTUS, FAIRLIE, LIPPINCOTT, COX, MATHEWSON/FRAWLEY and BISHOP which includes WINTERS, PALMER, WANDELL, ELLIS, SEELY.
I have been able to extend the Bishop's out to the 1500s, and the Winter's various branches even futher. That line includes surnames THORPE, CALKINS, ROYCE, SIMS,GALLUP,LAKE, CURTIS,WELLES,BEARDSLEY, HARVEY. Wandell includes HEEMSTRAAT and BOVIE and a branch to Joseph and William BRADFORD.
I'm more than willingly to share what I know as many have done with me.
