Bio

As I’d used Find-a-Grave in my genealogical research, I undertook the project of documenting the Anyox ghost town cemetery, abandoned since 1935, being the, then, largest mining town in the British Empire. This grave yard holds historical interest to me as I’d visited the town in the mid-2000’s. I felt this not only paid back some contributors who had otherwise been useful to me but, hopefully, paid it forward for a while. As well, I have some family information and some ‘lest we forget’ mingled into my work. I take most opportunities when I come across data to correct the record for contributors who have gone before me.
