This is my grandmother's doing. She watched "Roots" in 1977 and traced her family ancestry. This left three grandparents, for me, that were "un-done." I began their genealogies the old fashioned way, courthouses, cemeteries, churches, history museums, microfilm, snail mail correspondence, etc. I still use these resources, along with internet sites, including FAG as I still enjoy tracing my family ancestry.
