I have been researching my family lines for quite some time. Lines in my searching include my maternal line (Draney, Wheeler, Harrison, Smith and Raygor) and my husband's line (Williams, Summerville, Stanford, McNaughton).

I am fortunate in that my paternal grandmother researched her line so extensively (Hudspeth, Thomasson, Whitesides, Patrick, Floyd). I am a member of the NSDAR and Presque Isle Chapter. My immediate and ongoing searching is on my mother's side.

My other hobbies, besides genealogy, include geocaching (which takes me into my local cemeteries on occasion), photography, crocheting, sewing and other handmade crafts.

In addition to working full time and a mother to two beautiful young ladies, I am a lifetime Girl Scout and hold the positions of Service Unit Manager, Delegate, Treasurer and "cookie diva" (managing my SU's cookie sales). I formerly led two troops as Girl Scout advisor and leader and fill in for leaders as needed.

I am always grateful for all the hard work and dedication of those who post and maintain all these memorials. I am always willing to help and assist with requests and do my best to respond in a timely fashion.
