I am retired and enjoy searching family histories. I live in Berrien County Michigan and am willing to search Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties for desired cemetery photos. In special circumstances and good weather I might consider a wider area.|
NOTE: I grant my permission for the use of any grave stone photos I take. If my photo disappoints, I will remove if requested through suggested edits button.
If you submit an obituary, please include the source, i.e. the newspaper with date published.
Please do not hesitate to suggest corrections. Mistakes happen to all of us. Just try to be kind about it and I will correct ASAP.
If my entries are your family/friend, please request transfer using the edit button. I am happy to oblige.
I especially try to find duplicate entries (even my own mistakes) and suggest removal of those duplicates. I believe most duplicates are unintentional.
Rose Hill Cemetery in Berrien Springs MI is my current pet project.
My biggest wish in F.A.G. is that someone will list the graves of my husband's ancestors Joseph and Betsey Jillson. Their probable birthdates would be about 1800 to 1810. They lived in the Albany, NY area.

Thank you for the photo for Will Augustus Dolph and his wife Guneheld Elizabeth Gard Dolph. The wider shot brings hope of finding his parents buried there also. Clara M Dolph in the back ground is his sister who died at 9 years old. Thanks for your help very appreciated.
Sincerely, Sherry Paul Duty

Sorry it didn't work out.
Have you seen this photo of Alden and Sally Jillson on the Cathy Sisson Album?
|RememberThem||Joseph and Betsey Jillson|
By any chance is this your Joseph Jillson?
Find A Grave Memorial# 124383430.
In FamilySearch.org, there is a Joseph Jillson, spouse Betsey King with two sons:
Daniel Norman Jillson 1832-1910
Alden Jillson 1839-1919
PS. Your picture reminds me of Queen Elizabeth.
You could pass as her twin.
Have a nice day.
|Emma Simmons||Gorham at Rose Hill Cemetery|
I wondered if you are related to them? The reason I ask is my Father told me his Grandmother Sarah Catharine Gorham was a "plain person" meaning of Amish or like decent. I wondered if this was the reason so many of the Gorham graves were unmarked?
Thank you so much for the beautiful photos of my sister's grandmother and father... Caroline Richards(on) and her son Harold (Hal) Newell. Although it is her given name, I appreciate the name change for consistency.
You're the greatest!

I don't remember if I ever responded to you, but you may transfer the Helmick graves you have from Rosehill to me, if you'd like. Thank you.
