I am retired and enjoy searching family histories. I live in Berrien County Michigan and am willing to search Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties for desired cemetery photos. In special circumstances and good weather I might consider a wider area.|
PLEASE: Do not post photos of historical records to memorials. This especially INCLUDES DEATH CERTIFICATES AND CENSUS RECORDS! While I do not object to a brief news clipping, the photo option is intended for photos of the deceased and of the gravestone. There are only 5 FREE photos allowed per memorial. Additional info can be shared thru the edit buttons.
NOTE: I grant my permission for the use of any grave stone photos I take. If my photo disappoints, I will remove if requested through suggested edits button.
If you submit an obituary, please include the source, i.e. the newspaper with date published.
Please do not hesitate to suggest corrections. Mistakes happen to all of us. Just try to be kind about it and I will correct ASAP.
If my entries are your family/friend, please request transfer using the edit button. I am happy to oblige.
I especially try to find duplicate entries (even my own mistakes) and suggest removal of those duplicates. I believe most duplicates are unintentional.
Rose Hill Cemetery in Berrien Springs MI is my current pet project.
My biggest wish in F.A.G. is that someone will list the graves of my husband's ancestors Joseph and Betsey Jillson. Their probable birthdates would be about 1800 to 1810. They lived in the Albany, NY area.

Thank you SO much for the 3 Opstad headstone photos. John Homer and Lucille and their family lived next door to us there and David was my brother's best friend. I am so pleased to see that they DO have headstones. Thank you for going out during a winter “thaw” and capturing these photos. It means so much to me.

Kathy, Thank you for all of your hard work! I have spent too many hours to count in cemeteries looking for my ancestors, so I know how hard you have worked on all of your entries.
William and Cecelia Fleckenstein are my Maternal Great Grandparents and I would be happy to take over their listing.
Find A Grave# 128487483- would you happen to know if this is the grave of a child or an adult? Thank you in advance for the information.
I didn't see the name below. But why 2 photos
