I am retired and enjoy searching family histories. I live in Berrien County Michigan and am willing to search Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties for desired cemetery photos. In special circumstances and good weather I might consider a wider area.|
NOTE: I grant my permission for the use of any grave stone photos I take. If my photo disappoints, I will remove if requested through suggested edits button.
If you submit an obituary, please include the source, i.e. the newspaper with date published.
Please do not hesitate to suggest corrections. Mistakes happen to all of us. Just try to be kind about it and I will correct ASAP.
If my entries are your family/friend, please request transfer using the edit button. I am happy to oblige.
I especially try to find duplicate entries (even my own mistakes) and suggest removal of those duplicates. I believe most duplicates are unintentional.
Rose Hill Cemetery in Berrien Springs MI is my current pet project.
My biggest wish in F.A.G. is that someone will list the graves of my husband's ancestors Joseph and Betsey Jillson. Their probable birthdates would be about 1800 to 1810. They lived in the Albany, NY area.

Thank you for your time and effort. It's nice to have someone helping me instead of the other way around.
You've help to complete some more of my late husband's side.

I'm not related but got thousands of pages from the admin. at Find A Grave a few years ago after some contributors went missing or died. I'm honored to keep them current, and am so glad you are getting more of the headstone photos that help sort out the dates and name spellings. My husband and I photographed Lawrence Hill cemetery in its entirety and now I'm still working on adding in all the plot numbers from a huge listing I got from the Hartford library. This work is never ending, eh? Nice to collaborate with you!

Tks for the gravestone photos.

Many thanks for your headstone photography. I know what's involved in traveling to the cemetery, finding the plots, sometimes cleaning the headstones, taking the pictures, and uploading them; all for a perfect stranger. I really appreciate your efforts.
Thanks and best regards, Karl Hamlin

I really appreciate the photos you took of his headstone. The book I have written on his unit, the 318th Field Hospital, has been turned over to the editor for publishing. Thanks you.
