The loss of my father in February 2014 was a slap in the face when I realized a huge portion of my background was gone. I had heard the stories as a youngster and as an "adult" I waved them off. I wish now I had listened closer. I found find a grave and it is a way for me to search the past and maybe help someone else look too. I find peace now walking through the cemeteries and hope that my images can bring peace to others also.
