Genealogy has been a passion of mine since my family and I watched "Roots" in 1976, when I was in 6th grade. Genealogy fits nicely with my love of the outdoors, walking, photography and research. My husband and I live near Carroll, OH in Fairfield County so we will search local cemeteries. We have no children, but we do have four cats.

Most of the genealogical research I have done is on my Dad's family is from Northern Noble and Southern Guernsey County, OH. His family came to Ohio from York Co., PA in 1825.
