I believe 'genealogy' is a disease! I began looking for a ggrandmother and now I have Leach, Hunter, Marsee, Dalton, Johnson, Jernigan, Croley, Williamson and our church Hollow Rock Primitive Baptist Church as research projects. I have said doing one's genealogy is like reading a book about yourself; each generation is a chapter and it never ends. I am willing to share any and all information or photos I have with another researcher. We live in a small town in Tennessee and I was born in Cumberland Gap (don't think that doesn't open a rat's nest, sorting out all of those families). Now I find myself in a city that was a gateway to the West, again....wheeeewww! My husband and I are retired and love our God, family and church.
