I am relatively new to this compared to most on here. I have been doing family research for a few years now, more actively in the past 2 years.

My maiden name is Chesser, and I am doing research on my fathers side of the family and my mothers, but it's difficult to work both sides at the same time. The Davis family is my main interest as of now. They are my family on my mothers side and originate from Europe, Wales primarily so I have found. It seems there are more links from North Carolina and Georgia. New discovery.. Dr Stafford Davis' son's not linked, some do have memorials in Virginia.


I want to send a personal thank you to those who have created and maintained all the memorials on here. You've all done a wonderful job.

I will gladly go locally here in Baldwin County Alabama and search for graves if there are any requests.
