No photos may be used by any other person, entity, corporation or website without my explicit permission- depending on the situation, a fee for use may be required. Our goal is to provide a photo or photos of a loved ones grave- at our expense- however while we ask nothing in return, we will not tolerate our photos being used/misused by ANYONE! We will actively pursue abusers/violators of our copyright protected images- including, but not limited to, Ancestry.com and/or any other entities, public or private, pursuant to any and all federal, state and local laws. Having said that, we will gladly fill photo requests free of charge.
