I enjoy searching & learning about my family history. It's like panning for gold & it makes me happy to find any new "nugget" to add to the never-ending, wonderful puzzle.

During my research, as I visit cemeteries I look to fulfill any photo requests while there. I try to get a photo of the entire marker with the inscription as clear as possible. And the entire family plot with a description, if possible. I know I sure do appreciate it when fellow volunteers go the extra mile to do this for me! I sometimes learn of another relative that was buried in the same plot that I was unaware of as they did not already have a memorial page & had not come across them in my research.
