I would be happy to photograph Grave markers in Saratoga Springs, Wilton and Gansevoort NY. Please make an attempt to locate the plot by calling the cemetery office so I know where to look since some cemeteries are quite vast.

With that being said, I started volunteering after I saw a photo of my grandparents and great grandparents grave marker on "Find a grave". A complete stranger 200 miles away took the time to catalog and photograph each grave. It made me feel as if my grandparents were not forgotten. So I decided to "pay it forward" and become a volunteer hoping I could do the same for someone looking for their loved one's final resting place. I dont map entire cemeteries, I work mainly off requests and it will sometimes take me hours or days to find 1 grave marker. When my camera goes "click" I feel a great sense of accomplishment not only for the person buried here has not been forgotten but for the link I just created with their family. I will often say out loud when I locate a grave marker- "Hey, Your family has been looking for you!" Lol, call me crazy!
