Bio

Formerly a research librarian in the Stuart B. Wrege Indiana History Room at New Albany-Floyd County Public Library. I started with Find-A-Grave because I had gone on a couple of cemetery tours with work and had photos for some family tombstones that weren't on here. I also uploaded some Lindley tombstone photos from a trip to Orange County, Indiana.

I will certainly take photo requests, but be advised they will be placed in my queue and I will get to them when I can. I give permission for anyone to use any photos I have uploaded to this website.

If I have a memorial that you would like me to transfer to you, please ask. I'm not looking to hold on to memorials. The only ones I'm definitely wanting to keep are my close relatives.

If you need records from the Indiana History Room, please send those requests to [email protected]. They will mail or e-mail up to eight records per person, per month. Some records, such as early city directories and some family Bibles are available on the website, https://floydlibrary.org/indiana-history-room/.

My main lines are:

Browning
Rakestraw
Risenburg
Schroeder
Seewer
Springer
Von Allmen
Wiseheart

I am willing to share any information I have. I am currently going through all of the documents I've inherited from my grandparents, so some things are easier to retrieve than others.
