I do not know of any photos that I have used that anyone did not allow the free use of, or ask for an acknowledgement. I have placed that acknowledgement on the caption of photos posted where asked. I have become an avid Family Genealogical Researcher. Yes, I use Find A Grave for Genealogical Research as well as Memorializing Family and Friends. I do put Death Certificates, if available on a Find A Grave Memorial that I create or manage. If you have any questions about genealogical information on one of my ancestors please feel free to shoot me an email or put a message on Find A Grave for me. If you think that information I have on a Memorial is incorrect send a correction edit and I will review and either approve or deny it. Unless I can prove it true with documentation then the edit will not be approved. If your adding a Virtual Memorial Image to one of my Ancestors please do not add genealogical information or other odd notes to the Images. They are specifically for Memorializing the individual, in my opinion.
