Bio
Historian - I've taken on the endeavor of building our family tree and it's an amazing adventure. I'm a descendent of the Mansfield, Lucas, Norvell, and Young tree. Specifically, my great grandmother is a Mansfield from Glasgow Kentucky. My grandmother is 1 of 2 remaining Mansfield's here in Ohio and she's 94...God is good....I've been searching for years trying to find out how Ed Mansfield bought land from Eliza Norvell and why. The transaction went to probate in circa 1922 shortly after Eliza's death. Her sons John, Clyde, and Sylvester oversaw that process. Somehow the Norvell's and the Mansfield's are related but I can't make the connect despite Ancestry.com and other sites. My hope is that someone reads this and contacts me via Ancestry.com or here.
