Well, I have recently gotten started on the journey of learning about my family. I started scanning pictures for my family so everyone could have them and it was fascinating seeing family I have heard stories about but never seen.
My beautiful niece also wanted to start learning about her heritage. She has the ability to draw others into her passion as well. It has become something special between her, my father & I.
My Great Aunt Jeanne who has always inspired both my niece and I already had in her files a lot of information. The amazing volunteers for this site already had started memorial pages for my family. I am amazed and honored that so many have given so much of their time giving blind blessings never knowing the amazing impacts they bring. I to hope to soon be paying it forward.
One of my goals as well in a few years is to start a family reunion for the decedents of Michael Mitchell Powers. Please if you think you are family contact me. I would love to hear from you.
