My real name is Charlsie (Watson) Shaffer. I have lived in Washington County Virginia my whole life. I have just recently got into my family history. I am divorced, have 1 child 4 1/2 yrs old. We have a street that literally is split in half VA/TN - It's called State St. I currently am a 911 Dispatcher/ Communications II operator for the City of Bristol TN Police department. The town I grew up in is very historical/ Abingdon, VA / Bristol,VA is as well.
