It seems genealogy has always been important in my family. My father researched his side (with help from Mom and sometimes myself) before the Internet. No small feat!

We have been traveling the country for the last two years and as we get to ancestral home sites, I've been looking for additional information. I've also been helping my husband with his line.

We've met some wonderful people and found we are related to some great people as well. In our research we've found a 10th great-grandmother was accused of witchcraft in Salem, MA (Annis Alcock Foster) and that hubby's 20+ great-grandfather was Geoffrey Chaucer.
