I grew up in southwest Iowa on a farm in Cass County. I graduated from Griswold High School and Iowa State University. I also received a Commission in the US Air Force via the ROTC program. I served 26 years in the USAF and retired in Colorado Springs, CO where I still live. Many of my ancestors are buried in the cemeteries near Lyman and Atlantic Iowa. I am currently working on the Sunderman Family Tree—so if you have any information or pictures you would be willing to share just e-mail me. My Grandfather and Grandmother (William and Viola Sunderman) owned and operated the Sunderman Oil Station for many years while I was young, so many of the current residents may relate to that. My main interest in Find a Grave is to document the memory of my family members. Many of them were Sundermans, Mullers, Sothmans, Martins, and Coopers.
